The correction of Class II malocclusion has been hampered by traditional appliances which require patients to co-operate wiyh headgears, elastics or wearing of removable appliances.Non -Compliance Therapy involves the use of appliances which minimizes the need for such co-operation and attempt to maximize the predictability of results.Recent addition to this contemporary list of class II correctors is the Forsus -FRD. This poster tends to evaluate skeletal class ii cases treated with the same appliance in cojunction with pre-adjusted edgewiseappliance. The results highlight the rapid correction of class II involving significant reduction in overbite and overjet, profile improvement ,dentoalveolar remodelling. The author concludes that the appliance offers a noncompliant treatment modality for rapid class II correction and may not be reserved only for non-compliant patients but may have useful application in compliant patients as well.
