EXHIBITION INITIATIVES

In order to ensure that your exhibition dollars gain maximum exposure we suggest that:

• We include an industry representative on the SIOCC Exhibition subcommittee.
• Lunch, morning and afternoon teas are to be served in or adjacent to exhibition area.
• We plan to have extended break times, maximizing the exposure of delegates to the exhibition area.
• Happy hours are available if required.

In accordance with usual practice we anticipate:

• Premium booth positions to be allocated to sponsors, relevant to their level of participation.
• Exhibition terms and rates are consistent with existing congress standards.
